Important: if you are returning an item and would like a replacement or exchange, please specify this in the ‘Item Description’ field. Otherwise, we may assume that you would like a refund

Return policy

Our no quibble return policy is 30 days.

If you have changed your mind, please return your item (unused and in its original condition) within 30 days. We will offer you an exchange or refund, as long as the original packaging is in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.

If your item is defective, please also return it within 30 days and we will give you an exchange or refund.

Keep in mind:

We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the return in our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only offered if warranties are available.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on their way to us.

If you have changed your mind, you may have to pay return shipping costs.

Customers who place bulk orders of a single item on are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or cancellations, and the fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Package your items securely to minimize the chance of damage.

Place the courier label on the outside of the package, covering or removing the old labels.
