If your item is defective, please also return it within 30 days and we will give you an exchange or refund.

Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on their way to us.

If you have changed your mind, you may have to pay return shipping costs.

Customers who place bulk orders of a single item on happychildrensonlinestore.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or cancellations, and the fee is deducted from the refund amount.
